This is an opportunity to connect with others, and be provided with essential tools and strategies to manage the ever-changing landscape of leading a team and running a business.

By joining this workshop, you will:

  • Have some time for you and your wellbeing, which is so important when you spend so much time looking out for others
  • Learn about the signs of stress, overwhelm and when the mental load is impacting wellbeing
  • Understand why people may be behaving in a certain way and how to support them
  • Learn practical tools to reduce the impact of stress, overwhelm and the mental load
  • Have valuable discussions in how to support you and your teams wellbeing and where to seek further support

This workshop is heavily subsidised from the Office of Small and Family Business. It will be a mixture of checking in with your experiences, mental health education, looking at wellbeing strategies, learning practical tools and most importantly the discussion, connection, sharing and problem solving with other leaders and business owners who 'get it'.
