Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be a student from a particular university?

No, we help higher education students from many different tertiary education providers.

How much is it to register?

We are fully subsidised for registered students, meaning you can access facilities for free.

How do I get 24/7 access?

You can apply for 24/7 after hours access to campus after you have registered by contacting form. If approved, we will ask you to come into campus for a quick safety induction. You will then be giving a FOB to swipe to access the building, and a smartphone app called Danalock will need to be downloaded to your phone to open the campus foyer door.

Is there security after hours?

We are protected by surveillance cameras and alarms.

Is campus accessible?

There is disability parking close to the rear entrance of the Chateau Building at Beckwith Park, where we are located.

You can access campus on level 1 of the building via a lift or stairs.

In the campus, our upper level is lift-accessible and has a kitchen, lounge area, two meeting rooms and standing desks.

Our lower level is accessible by stairs, and includes a large event space, standing desks, studio pod, and two meeting rooms.

What parking is available?

There is free parking in the front and rear of the Chateau Building at Beckwith Park. Disability parking is available by the rear entrance.
