Meeting rooms and the pod can be booked for free by registered students here.

If a room is required for longer than 4 hours, or out of hours, including for exams, please contact campus staff directly.

Are you a student just passing through? Need a space whilst you visit the Barossa Valley? No need to register as a student to acces room hire, just send us an email and we will be glad to assist free of charge.
Please provide your Education Provider, Town you are visiting from, Date/time and any additonal requirments.

Please note that for some exams, our rooms are not appropriate - they all have large glass windows that cannot be blocked out, but there is frosting. Please check with your provider to your own specific requirements.

External Hires

Before coming booking for external providers, we assess each request to ensure it aligns with our campus values, purpose, and student benefits.

Educational institutions, career services, employment support organisations, and not-for-profits that contribute to student learning or career development are welcome to enquire about discounted rates.

Bookings start from $40 p/hour or $220 p/day plus GST for meeting rooms. Please contact us to discuss your needs and organise your first booking.

All hire fees go towards supporting local students via our student bursary program.
