Flinders University is excited to launch the PHOTOVOICE project, an insightful study aimed at understanding the experiences of community support and connection among Barossa residents. This unique project offers an opportunity for participants to express their perspectives and experiences through the powerful medium of photography.
Photovoice is a research method that allows individuals to capture elements of their environment and experiences in a way that prompts discussion about important issues. It's a way to tell a story that might otherwise go unheard.
Participants are asked to take photographs that tell a story about their experiences in the Barossa community. You can use your phone, a digital camera, or one provided by the university. Alongside the photographs, participants will share their stories and perspectives in an interview, adding depth and context to the images.
Participants will receive a $100 voucher as a token of appreciation for their valuable contributions.
