These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ID Card. By activating and using your ID Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and Issuance
The ID Card is available to currently registered students and staff at Barossa Regional University Campus (BRUC).
3. Usage
The ID Card serves as proof of identity and registration at BRUC, granting access to campus services and facilities.Cardholders are eligible for discounts at participating local businesses, as negotiated by BRUC. These offers may change without prior notice.
4. Prohibitions and Responsibilities
The ID Card is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, duplicating, or transferring the card to others is prohibited.You must not manipulate or attempt to alter your ID Card in any way.Misuse of the card may result in disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, revocation of the card and access to campus services.
5. Loss or Theft
If your mobile device is lost or stolen, report this immediately to BRUC to prevent unauthorised use of your ID Card.BRUC will assist in deactivating the lost or stolen card and issuing a new one
6. Privacy
BRUC is committed to protecting your privacy. Information linked to your ID Card will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments
BRUC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. Continued use of the ID Card after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
